I am a learning specialist with extensive independent school experience. For the last 10 years, I served as the Learning Support Coordinator at Sidwell Friends School. Prior to that, for 24 years, I was the Director of Special Services at the Berman Hebrew Academy for students in grades K-12. Throughout my many years as a Learning Specialist, I not only worked with students as they moved on to college, but also collaborated with faculty, parents and outside professionals.
Additionally, I am trained as a coach for students with ADHD and executive functioning issues. My expertise in being able to bring together coaching with tutoring services provides a unique opportunity to meet the specific needs of each learner.
